So so grateful to everyone

Last night my fundraising page reached (and went over) the target I had set for my Challenge.
As I have said many times this is personal challenge, not a big publicity bucket shaking t-shirt wearing event just a quiet stroll every month or so for me and my lovely Hubby to prove I can do the London Marathon.

That being said I decided it would be a missed (and wasted) opportunity if I did not use it to raise some money for four charities that mean a lot to me in various ways. When I set up the fundraising page I did not add a target as any donation would help, I was hoping for £100 per charity but any money raised is important.

To my surprise many people donated and quite quickly it looked like each charity would receive the £100, but in the last few months the donations have jumped up so quickly. So quickly and in such amounts that I thought why not set a target and see - so £1000 target was set.

I cannot express how grateful I am to everyone who has donated - you are all amazing, so kind and very generous.

I am also so grateful to all the support I've had with my Challenge which initially was just an thought but with my lovely Hubby's support became possible.

Just over 3 miles to go - Saturday 10th September - it will be a very special birthday, made even knowing my four charities will all now be receiving over £250 and my target has reached it's amazing
🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉  £1000 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
